Roon Arc is great and seems to me that it sounds better even when converting to lossy than other streaming platforms.
However i’m getting annoyed by having to log in again every few days - what is going on?!

Following up on this thread, are you able to provide the information @Geoff_Coupe has recommended? That will help us better understand your system setup 
I would start off by removing Arc from your mobile device, rebooting the device and reinstalling as a good first step
