Hi @k0chka8877,
Thanks for reaching out to ask us about this issue. I’m sorry that you’re having an issue with port forwarding and ARC. We can certainly help you troubleshoot that if you wish. But there is an easier way to do this.
You can set up Tailscale to bypass the need for port forwarding. This article will walk you through that process.
Please let us know if you need help or would prefer to proceed with port forwarding.

Hi! I installed Tailscale and roon arc seems to work from my phone, it all worked out somehow by itself, is that how it should be yes?
Can you tell me briefly how this program works, just so I understand it.

Read this document on the Tailscale website:

Do I understand correctly that Tailscale should always be running on my computer?

Hi @k0chka8877,

Tailscale is a Wireguard-based proxy-mesh VPN. It stays active alongside your computer’s network connection in the background.

Here’s the simple gist:
Instead of using an open port in your router’s firewall to send traffic to ARC via your internet service provider, Tailscale forwards traffic from the RoonServer machine securely to ARC via their own servers.
