Roon ARC NetworkError with IPv4 and IPv6 (ref#QR89QH)

· ARC is *Not Ready*

Roon Error Code

Have you successfully located and enabled the UPnP or NAT-PMP settings in your router's web UI?

· I've turned UPnP/ NAT-PMP on and ARC won't connect

Describe the issue

I haven’t changed any settings on Roon but ARC this week has been unresponsive. Looking at the settings in Roon and get the following: {

Describe your network setup

ISP = POST LUXEMBOURG. Model of Router is “HEIGHTS HT-178AX-V2-POST”. OS of Roon Server is Rock running on a NUC 16gb, wired in via Ethernet cable.

After a number of hours I reinstalled ARC and reset my network. The app now states that Roon server can be accessed outside of my home so issue is now solved, Thanks
