Issue 1

Roon arc says that it is unavailable for use outside my home network. As far as I can tell, the networking is set up correctly.

Any advice would be welcome.

Issue 2

Which may be related to issue 1. I get errors connecting to Roon core that can be cleared only by logging out and back in, triggering large numbers of security alert mails. Why does Roon not recognise that I am logging in again?

Have you got IPv6 enabled in the BT Hub for use in your local network? If so, try turning it off. You shouldn’t be getting the need to log out and log in all the time.

Thanks Geoff. I will give that a try, although I’m not sure it’s the same issue as my core is showing up as connected in ARC.

Switching off ipv6 did indeed work. Thanks.
