I’m adding new releases via Qobuz, which does list them in date of release order.
So I go about adding them as favourites in Qobuz. Great.
Return to Roon Arc, pull to refresh the home screen in hope these would have synced at the Roon Server and show in Roon Arc. Nope.
Go to the albums screen, pull to refresh, nope.
How do I get Roon Server to manual sync my Qobuz library if I am away from home. I cannot remotely it would appear.
Luckily I don’t work away from home as much as I once did, but I’m still away from the Roon server for 12 hours each day and still enjoy music away from home whilst at work. For some folks they travel for work and are away from home for days, if not weeks.
I think the priority to;
give Arc the capacity to organise new releases by date order.
also give Arc the capacity to filter by genre in the new releases screen.
give Arc the function to force Roon Server to resync with Qobuz/Tidal.
The appeal of Arc is wearing off very fast, more so if I am not able to use Roon Arc to quickly identify a new album release from my all-time favourites BabyMetal
I was mainly responding to your statement that in ARC, NRFY are in “random order”. They are not; they are listed in order of relevance to your musical listening…
OK, all I can say is that my NRFY is relevant for my musical listening - and exactly the same list in the same order appears in both my main Roon client and Roon ARC.
It’s never relevant to mine either so I can back up @Menzies here. It shows one album maybe that’s relevant the rest not so and are so old it’s laughable now.
I have Glee in mine! This was back when MrG used Roon which last time was back in March as I stopped using it from April to July and she has stuck with Spotify Connect since so doesn’t use Roon at all anymore.
