Buongiorno, fino a qualche giorno fa' roon arc funzionava poi ho dovuto fare un rispristino di un precedente backup ed ora non funziona. Ho la spunta viola sulle impostazioni di roon arc ma l'app sul telefono quando l'apro ha solo la scritta ARC e non si attiva. Cosa devo fare? Grazie in anticipo...

I own a fritzbox 7530 and a cambridge evo 150 but I keep repeating that until days ago everything was working and fine and only after restoring the backup to days before, the phone app crashed. I reinstalled it again and when I open it there is only the ARC message. On settings in the computer in Roon Arc the check is purple and it says “Ready”
Yes, this is, unfortunately, a known issue. You must reinstall ARC after restoring a backup. Roon Labs have said that they are working on improving this.
On Android devices at least (don’t know about Apple devices), you can get away with just clearing the app data (including the cache). However, the net effect is the same as uninstalling and re-installing. It’s just a bit quicker and easier to do.
