Description of Issue

Unable to connect to Roon ARC. I did set up port forwarding using 55002, still get error message below.

“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“23.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“null”,“router_external_ip”:“null”},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“192.168.86.1”,“found_upnp”:true,“error”:“<s:Envelope xmlns:s="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/\” s:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/\“><s:Body><s:Fault>s:ClientUPnPError<UPnPError xmlns="urn:schemas-upnp-org:control-1-0">718ConflictInMappingEntry</s:Fault></s:Body></s:Envelope>”}
}

Did you see this?

I did not see that, still gives an error code after changing though…

{
“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“23.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“null”,“router_external_ip”:“192.168.1.64”},
“status”: “status”: MultipleNatFound
,
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“192.168.86.1”,“found_upnp”:true}
}

You progressed onto the next level :slight_smile: Your changes removed the mapping conflict and now it got farther to the new error, multiple NAT.

I suppose you have a second router, probably provided by your ISP, in addition to the Google Nest?

I had addressed the double NAT issue previously, but we had a somewhat extended power outage with spring storms and I think it hard reset everything maybe…

thanks for the help!

Congrats :slight_smile:
