Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Can’t reach my Server, remotes or ARC

Can’t connect to my Server, remotes or ARC

· Other ARC issues

Tell us what's going on

· Roon ARC not ready status yet nothing has changed. I have checked my routers port fowarding settings all are as previous when working. I have restarted my router and roon core still not working

Tell us about your home network

· I use EE broadband and have their router and home security packages on a full fibre service.

Please share a screenshot of the diagnostic message from Roon settings → Roon ARC if you use port forwarding. Otherwise, please confirm that Tailscale is enabled and working on the srver and mobile device.

I have managed to copy this error message

{
“ipv6_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:530,“error”:“error code: 1016”},
“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:530,“error”:“error code: 1016”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“86.aaa.aaa.bbb”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“2a00:ccc:ddd:eee:rrr:sss:ttt:uuu”,“router_external_ip”:“86.aaa.aaa.bbb”},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“multinat_autoconfig”: {“status”:“Success”,“error”:“No Error”,“routers”:2,“routers_mapped”:1}
}

This error does not affect playback in ARC, and is a known issue introduced with the last release.

If you temporarily switch your mobile to cellular only, you should be able to confirm that playback is unaffected.

Thanks

I have switched to cellular and it know connects however my Roon core which is my PC states still has the error message So I can ignore this but out of interest will this bug be resolved

When Cloudflare finishes its maintenance.
