I have a Fairphone 4 running eOS and I have the same issue; so far I have not found a solution.

The last functioning release is version is 1.63.344.
Something has changed since then. I know it is working with Android devices using google services.

Yes same here Pixel 7 with e/os… I managed to revert back with Aurora Store to working version selecting manual download and inserting version number 100344. But I would like to keep upgrading Roon Arc in the future…

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please confirm if this issue applies only to ARC, or does it also apply to the regular Roon app?

Are you still able to connect with ARC to the Server using another phone as expected?

Hi @noris yes I can confirm I can access Roon server with Roon app, mobile and desktop and both from local lan and from outside via wireguard vpn. And yes I can access with Roon Arc with regular android with google services

I can also confirm that Roon remote works perfectly, but ARC has the same initial screen as Central Scrutinizer. I am running e/OS on a Fairphone4.

This ticket is making progress through the pipeline, but there’s not yet an associated fix slated for release. Thank you for your continued patience. We’ll post here as soon as work to resolve this problem has been released into a public Roon update.

We’re going to close this report topic thread temporarily in the absence of new reports, but the associated fix is still progressing through the pipeline.
