Roon ARC not connecting on iPhone 15 Pro despite Roon Remote working (ref#T7V7BF)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Can’t reach my Server, remotes or ARC

Can’t connect to my Server, remotes or ARC

· Other ARC issues

Tell us what's going on

· Hi - Roon Arc will not connect to my server or cloud. I've takent the following steps to troubleshoot this.

Restarted my router - Roon server - iPhone (15 Pro) -

My iPhone is able to connect with the Roon Remote app without issue. Roon Arc does not connect on my iPhone whether on wifi or if I turn it off. I also have a Fiio M21. That device is able to connect to the Roon remote app but has the same issue with Roon ARC

Tell us about your home network

· I have the latest XFinity router under a 2GB plan. I have the Pro WiFi extender and two additional Wifi extenders on different floors in my home

I am not sure what the issue was earlier today, however, it looks like things are now working correctly again.

Wonderful, thanks for letting us know. If Roon Remote was connecting cleanly and ARC started behaving again on its own, that’s a good sign the problem was likely temporary, and we’re glad it’s behind you. Enjoy the music!
