I use an Orbi 850 Netgear router. I have confirmed UpNp (sic) is prioritized. Netgear tells me I need a port number and specific IP address for arc to connect with my Mac core out of my home. What to do?

Please share the diagnostics message from Roon > Settings > Roon ARC, and post as text using the </> button in the forum editor.

Hey @Roy_Ruff,

At this time, you will need a static IP in order to get port forwarding to work. Per @Martin_Webster’s follow up, this information would be very helpful, as well as finishing the rest of the necessary system info :+1:
