Roon ARC not displaying playlist content (ref#4MJ9XB)

Can’t find the content of my playlist…..in Roon ARC it doesn’t show it.

Hi @Rob_Noordeman,

Please update both Roon and ARC to the most recent release and let us know if this issue occurs on the new build.

There’s a WiFi connection in your screenshot - are you connected to the same network as your RoonServer, or are you away from home and using a separate WiFi network?

If these playlists were created originally in the Tidal or Qobuz app, please note that it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for content to sync between streaming service partner servers and your Roon library.

Stil does not work after update phone ARC and Roon.

Are these local playlists or playlists from a streaming service? I see you have a few different iOS remotes, do you see this issue on all your remotes, or just your iPhone?

Thanks for answering about the remote devices and playlists. We also wanted to know if this was happening on your home Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi in a different place.

This is quite an important question for narrowing down the issue.
