Thanks for writing in! If you close Arc and reopen a fresh instance, do you then see your recently added albums?
Hi, no. When i reopen the app the recently added albums are not visible.
Thanks for letting us know @Emiel_Jansen, can you please provide a more detailed breakdown of your network setup, and how your Roon Server is connected to your primary router?
If you reboot Roon Server, do things update?
I see your library size is a bit larger than what our team is able to test for smooth operation of Arc. If you temporarily only use 50% of your library, do you experience the same issues?

My Roon server is a roon rock on a NUC. Its directly connected (0.5m) to my ubiqity router.
My roon in my home environment is working fine.
Reboting isnt gonne change everything.
I have a large libraray and lots of musci, I don’t know how to use only 50% of my library on my roon arc.

Does this issue happen over both wifi and cellular data?
This would be an adjustment you’d make within your Roon Settings > Storage. How many watched folders do you have? Can you temporarily disable a few of them to test out using a smaller library size?

Yep bothc wifi an cellular, i have 3 watch folders, in my normal roon it’s working okay.
When i use roon at home its working perfect (yes im a happy roon user)
The only thing whats not working is ARC added albums. When i search for the album i can find them. But it doesnt show in the yust added

Just to confirm, on the regular Roon app at home, the recently added albums show up as expected? Are there multiple Roon profiles in use? Is the behavior the same from multiple ARC remotes (if applicable)?

Yep at home the regular Roon app schows added album’s. Ive got only 1 roon profile. And on the iphone as the ipad de ARC doesnt.

I found out that mine “Afspeellijsten” (play lists) aren’t synchronizing
I see on my ARC not the afspeelijsten who are available on Roon
As i make an afspeellijst on ARC it doesn;t show up in my Roon.
Mayby that explains something?

If you remove these playlists from both Roon and Roon ARC, and check if the application syncs again?
I did. But none of the playlist is syncing.
