Roon Arc not displaying Tidal collection (ref#L2D5HH)

What’s happening?

· I have a Roon ARC issue not related to connecting to to the server

Describe the issue

Roon Arc is not displaying any of my tidal collection.

Describe your network setup

Nighthawk mesh router system and unknown modem from internet provider. Also use a Netgear ethernet switch.

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report!

Does this happen under both wifi as well as cellular data?

If you open the Roon mobile app on the same device, does your Tial content appear normally?

If you remove Arc and perform a fresh download/install, do you run into the same issue?

Restarted nucleus One when I got home and Tidal collection is showing again both in roon and roon arc.
