· Hi, using Tailscale, for some reason my system has stopped functioning for ARC. Have done all the checks I can and am getting error messages from my Room Server saying it is not ready. Have previously had issues, but Tailscale resolved them, but it's stopped!

· Use Starlink as internet provider, through a Netgear Orbi 800 wifi network, Tailscale.
That error message only applies if you’re using port forwarding.
As you are using Tailscale you’d need to check the app on the device your using Arc with and ensure Roon Rock or Nucleus is set correctly via the webUI.
Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! @Mr.Flibble is quite correct - are you able to review the Tailscale app on your mobile device running Arc?
Feel free to share any screenshots of errors you see there as well. Rebooting your Roon Server may help as well, if you haven’t tried that yet.
Hmmm, not sure how anything on my phone could make a difference to those error settings on my room server (running on Mac mini). Tailscale all fine on all my devices. All up to date room server rebooted, all the standard stuff
unable to connect to the room server from my phone at all.
What I don’t get is why it has stopped working when it was working fine.
Thank you for the update. Regrettably, we do not see any diagnostic data from your ARC application. Would you kindly reinstall it and re-login while connected to the same WiFi where your Roon server is located?
