Sorry if this is an old topic but I haven’t been able to use roon ARC ever since I got the one plus 12R. It won’t even open past the splash logo.
I’ve updated continuously, turned off VPN etcétera… thank you for your ideas

Have you wiped the app data and started fresh?
Wiped, deleted cache, uninstalled, etc. I’ve used in the past with other Android phones, but somehow One plus needs to update. I will keep trying!
Actually, after I got home, I decided to try again an this time it worked after I deleted the data, although it gave me the “weak signal” red error, even at home with my own WiFi. I’ll try another time from work. But this is some progress. I’m glad I complained again after such a long time!
I’ve got a One Plus 12R - two of them actually and Arc is working flwlessly on them both, I don’t think its a hardware issue. From time to time, I do need to wipe / uninstall / reinstall
Thanks, I did “deleted data” once again and now it works! Sort of
