Roon Arc not ready despite manual port forwarding

Roon Core sonicTransporter i5, version 2.8
Router - Linksys WHW0301 Velop Tri-Band Mesh system, Model AC2200 using 2 nodes

RoonArc did not automatically work on my system so I followed the guidance, checked UPnP was on, set up manual port forwarding but I still can’t get it to work and I’m stuck. Below is the error message, please can you help?
“connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“”,“router_external_ip”:null},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“”,“found_upnp”:true,“error”:“<s:Envelope xmlns:s="\” s:encodingStyle="\“>\n<s:Body>\n<s:Fault>\ns:Client\nUPnPError\n\n<UPnPError xmlns="urn:schemas-upnp-org:control-1-0">\n501\nPAL_UPNP_SOAP_E_ACTION_FAILED\n\n\n</s:Fault>\n</s:Body>\n</s:Envelope>\n”}

I have managed to make it work. I had two routers in my network, one supplied by my new broadband provider that supplied the broadband connection (that I don’t use for my local network) and another connected router that I kept which manages my local network. So there was a ‘multiple NAT’ situation and the solution was to switch one (the one supplied by the broadband provider) to bridge mode. This plus some manual port forwarding has made Roon Arc work.
