Thank you for your post. Vodafone Germany has broadly implemented Carrier-Grade Network Address Translation (CG-NAT) on their accounts, which will block port forwarding.

The simplest workaround is to install Tailscale on your RoonServer machine, the MacBook Pro. See here:

You could also configure your Fritz!Box for end-to-end IPv6 on your home network, similarly bypassing the need for IPv4 port forwarding. However, this is a more complicated step involving entering your router settings administration page and potentially other network hardware. We tend to recommend the former option, Tailscale.
