Roon arc not working via Huawei 4G router

Hello, I have problems with Roon ARC.
When connected directly into the Orange router, I can get it to work. But it’s slow. It doesn’t work when I use a TP link switch
When connected directly to the Huawei 4G router (which I prefer because its much faster) it doesn’t work. This is the error I get

{
“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“93.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“null”,“router_external_ip”:“null”},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“192.168.8.1”,“found_upnp”:true,“error”:“Did not find UPnP service with WANIPConnection on network”}
}

I tried al kinds of settings on the router. It did not help.

Can it be that the option is blocked by the 4G card seller?
any suggestions might be helpfull
I have Roon core running on a Imac and the music comes from a synology nas and Qobuz.
As a internet connection I use a 4G box from Huawei as well as a much slower Orange ADSL connection.

Thanks for your suggestion, but yes I did. I can get it to work but on a different and slower router and as long if I do not use a TPlink switch.

Hello @Hans_Faber ,

Thanks for reaching out. The error message you provided suggests that Port Forwarding is not working correctly on the Huawei router. Have you tried manual port forwarding for the Huawei router yet?
