Roon ARC not working with Qobuz (ref#RITHQK) [Ticket In]

I know you guys have pretty much forgotten me, with no recent replies. Any, the latest update appears to yet again crashed Qobuz via Roon ARC.

Hoping I may get a response at some point.

Thanks,

Glen

Hello @Glen_Giffen

Our R&D tean have added an additional layer of diagnostics specifically for your use case. Currently, we are collecting logs to understand why you are specifically facing the issue. Please stay tuned for the updates.

I very much appreciate that and hope that we’re able to find a resolution.

Hello @Glen_Giffen

Our R&D team has added an additional layer of diagnostics to your account and asked you to reproduce it one more time and let us know the exact timestamp when the issue occurs.

Ok, will do - thanks

I have recreated the problem just now’ at the timestamp of this message

Any further updates to report?

Thanks,

Glen

The same issue as with Glen. One more note: Roon Arc works on the local network, regardless of whether the connection is made directly or via VPN.

Hi @Glen_Giffen,

Apologies for the delay here - we didn’t see any useful information based around the timestamp you’ve shared.

Could you please reproduce the issue and share the specific track name when the failure occurs and you see the poor connection pop up?

Thank you!

Its 4.38am here Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and get Poor Connection message of the Kurt Elling track “A Memory of Enchantment”. I can recreate the error largely on demand as it very rarely works.

I raised this issue with Qobuz in May 2025. It will soon be close to a year without resolution. Can we bump this up the priority list?

Hello Roon,

unfortunately I have these ARC-problems since a couple of days. Used it for years flawlessly.

But now I get these Qobuz problems, over wifi and over cellular.

I’m running my roon-system on an innuos zenith mk3 an roon itself works pretty good. I even didn’t change anything in this configuration.

Have you please any help. Arc is such an essential piece of software for me (in the car an on the go on my iphone 16 pro)

Thank you

Peter

@Peter_Scherer Yours is probably a different issue from the one in this somewhat old and specific topic. The error message you see is a known issue currently affecting several users and is under investigation here in the central thread that’s pinned at the top of the Support category:
