Roon ARC "Online and Ready" but unable to connect from iOS

Description of Issue

On the core, Roon ARC reports ready to go:

On iOS, appears ready, then spins for a long time trying to connect, then shows an error, then ready again:

Apologies for the delay in my follow up! I wanted to check in to see if you were still having issues getting ARC up and running.

If so, have you tried giving your router, core, and device a hard reboot? If possible, try to access your settings in Arc and select ‘Reset Roon Arc’.
