· My Roon ARC opens properly, I see my music, but when I hit play, it either shuts down or displays the following. "Redirecting. Please wait". And then does nothing.

· I have Roon resident on my Synology NAS. It connects by wire to an ATT fiber modem/Wi-Fi. It works perfectly. I opened a passthrough port for ARC and it says it is connected properly. I have a Nord VPN and have allowed RoonArc and Roon to bypass it as well. I've tried this with our without the VPN activated to me avail.
What you’re seeing usually indicates that the embedded web view inside ARC is getting stuck during the login / validation redirect. This can happen if the web view fails to complete Google reCAPTCHA or the final authentication redirect.
Please try the following:
When the Login screen appears, tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Choose Open in browser (Chrome is recommended).
Complete the login flow in Chrome.
Once finished, there should be a pop-up message redirecting back to the Roon ARC application.
In many cases, completing the login in a full browser resolves this, as the in-app web view can sometimes fail validation even though ARC itself is otherwise connected correctly.
Let us know if opening the login in Chrome allows playback to start normally afterward.
Also try clearing the cookies and disabling any adblockers/content blockers you might have enabled for Chrome on this Android phone. Adblockers have a habit of intercepting the URL redirect back to Roon.
