Roon ARC suddenly lossy (256kbps).

Previously, my FLAC files had played as "Enhanced" or "High Quality" (I don't recall which and don't know the difference).

Now they are suddenly being encoded at 256kbps.

I don't recall changing any settings.

This seems to only be happening with CarPlay. If use a DragonFly DAC, the files play as "Enhanced." If I use Apple AirPods, they play as "High Quality."

2024 Honda Accord factory system.
iPhone connected to CarPlay connected through car wi-fi.

Thanks for writing in! @Menzies is correct - CarPlay will downsample files to 48 kHz.

@Menzies is correct with the above statement as well - if you’re after the ‘Enhanced’ color in signal path. :+1:
