Description of Issue

I have been having longstanding issues getting Roon ARC to work reliably while away from my home. I recently started using Roon Server, which was working well until last week when there was a temporary interruption to my WiFi at home (possibly due to a power or ISP outage). I was subsequently unable to use Roon ARC at all as I was unable to re-establish the connection to my Roon core. When I returned home I found an error message in the Roon desktop app that TIDAL Login has failed with a request to retry. When I hit retry everything was fixed and started working again.

I recreated this use case today by switching off my router for 2 minutes and attempting to use Roon ARC via 5G. The same thing happened again, same error message on my desktop app about TIDAL login having failed.

Is there a way to fix this issue when I am away from home?

What I do…

Have a PC always running with some remote control software, I use splashtop, you can use Teamveiwer, That way I can log into my home network remotely and then log into the router, the Roon Core, etc etc
