Roon ARC “poor connection try again”

Description of Issue

Under Roon ARC on settings, it states the core is up and running and is open for business ARC-wise, but when I open the ARC app it says “poor connection try again.” When I hit the try again button, it just goes back to saying poor connection.

Any suggestions?

Go into ARC Settings on your phone, scroll to the bottom, and hit Reset Roon ARC. That has worked for me and other people.
