Description of Issue -

What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

I have solved issues of correctly breaking through Double NAT issues and got everything ready on the Roon side, but my phone is having issues, namely that it has a perennial “poor connection”.

My phone is a Galaxy S20 running Android 13, on the Google Fi network. Problems of “poor connection” exist both on home network and cellular. As a point of interest, my wifi-only iPad is able to connect just fine on home network, so I assume this is either an Android issue or Google Fi but since problem exists on home network perhaps Android. Any settings I should be trying on my phone?

Try turning off Automatically Pick Best Quality and then set Wifi and cellular individually and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for reaching out Daniel. Unfortunately I have already tried these steps, to no avail.

Hey @Jason_Wintz,

Ben here with the support team following up. I wanted to check in and see if you were still experiencing Arc issues?

If so, do you also have poor connection when using Roon Remote?

If you could provide additional information around your network setup, and how your core device is connected to your router, that would be helpful. :+1:
