Roon Arc Roon Core No Go

Hi,
I changed my in internet provider using the same modem & Roon Arc no longer works.
Any ideas gratefully received.
Roon Core works fine in any other way (Innuos Zenith)

Hi Sombre,

You haven’t detailed who your new ISP is. If your new ISP uses CGNAT then that might be the issue. I would call them and ask if that is what their network is, and, if you can NOT be on a CGNAT connection.

The new provider is Exetel.

I have now opted out of CGNAT and it now works.
