Roon ARC shows 'ARC ready' in settings (ref#36RMJK)

Network Setup

· I use my ISP's router alongside a personal router.

ARC Status

· ARC is *Ready*

Describe the issue

In Roon Settings under ARC is says: ARC ready

Describe your network setup

ISP is Ziggo in the Netherlands
Ziggo Sagemcom Modem/router is in Bridge-mode
My used router is Unifi UDM-Pro with Portforwarding on on port 55000 on Roon server IP 192.169.20.241
Roon Arc in settings says: Ready (roon arc can securely access your roon server)

and firewall rules

Roon Arc Allow IPv4 TCP Internal Mac-mini 15:be Any Internal. 192.168.20.241 55000 10001 All

What to do to make it work? Thnx

Normally, “ready” means that it works. Does it not?

Thnx, I re-installed the ios RoonArc app on my phone and it worked like a charm.
