Roon ARC shows 'Server online but unable to access' despite settings showing connected (ref#9HLV56)

· I'm having trouble with Roon ARC

In Roon settings it says Arc is connected and it has been in the past when I open up Arc it now says server online but unable to access

Ended up reinstalling app and turning iPhone off and back on
Seems to of solved the issue
