Roon ARC shuffle feature shows poor connection while using playlists (ref#T7HPE5)

When using Room Arc from my office when i try and use the shuffle feature on my preferred playlist it keeps saying poor connection? I have great wifi and home where my Nucleus One is and also here at work? I want to be able to use my Roon playlists at my office

Describe your network setup

I use Eero at home, Nucleus One is plugged directly into the Eero mesh router, at Work im on pretty fast wifi

I use Eero at home, Nucleus One is plugged directly into the Eero mesh router,

Is your Nucleus connected directly into the primary router, or a node within your mesh setup? Please setup a direct ethernet connect to the primary router and let me know how the above goes. Thank you!
