Has the status in Roon -> Settings -> ARC changed after adding exceptions in your firewalls and antivirus software for Roon? I don't have any system or third-party firewalls or antivirus software.
Have you successfully located and enabled the UPnP or NAT-PMP settings in your router's web UI?

Based on your answers it seems that automatic port forwarding failed . You have 2 options for connecting ARC to your server. You can either set up port forwarding manually or use Tailscale instead. For manual port forwarding you can follow this article. For Tailscale you can follow this guide. Most of our users find Tailscale the easiest.
