Description of Issue

My Roon Arc stopped working. Was working fine and all of a sudden it can’t connect to my network anymore when not connected to my WiFi. I have a Nucleus. See attached error messages and details of system. I’m pretty much a novice on this and any help would be appreciated. Thank you.



Was it previously autoconfigured with UPnP? If you didn’t need to do anything to make it work, the answer is yes :slight_smile:

The error message now looks like UPnP is not enabled or it might not be working. Did you try rebooting the router?

I would turn off the router, the Nucleus, and kill the ARC app on the phone. Then turn on the router first and wait a few minutes until it has a stable internet connection (check with a PC or mobile if internet works again), then turn on the Nucleus, wait a bit until it’s back up then try ARC again.

It auto configured the first time. I didn’t need to do anything. Will try the reboot and let you know. Thanks.
