Roon ARC - troubleshooting info help

Roon Core Machine

Roon on synology NAS DS1621+ DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 5 (latest version)

I configured my port forwarding as described, but I am still not able to use ARC.
I have a static external IP and I use a static IP for my NAS (where the roon core is running).
The troubleshooting info shown in roon does not tell me anything…?

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Router: Synology RT2600ac, latest software

  1. Who is your internet service provider?

A1, Austria. I use a 5G wireless Modem (configured as passthrough)

  1. Please list the make and model of your modem and router?

  2. Do you have any additional network hardware, like additional routers or managed switches?

There are some switches and other network hardware in my LAN, but the roon core is directly connected to my router. And my router is directly connected to my 5G Modem.

  1. Does your network have any VPNs, proxy servers, or enterprise-grade security?

There is a firewall running on my synology router. But the configured port forwarding is on this router and so this should be not a problem.

What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?
