Roon arc setup in Roon fails test. Not using a router

Roon Core machine is Red Wolf 2 audio server, Network gear is standard Cable modem and router from Cable company , using wireless connection between router and audio server. When I click on Roon ARc setup, it fails

What error message are you seeing when ARC fails? Can you share the error code here (without the public IP)?
