Roon ARC unable to access Roon Server despite its online status (ref#H2NP9K)

Describe the issue

There's an issue with your Roon Server. Your Roon Server is online but there's an issue that's preventing access. Go to the Roon App for more information (spoiler: the Roon App has no further information. Everything is on the latest version and Roon is working fine with my Nucleus - just not Roon ARC.

First off, welcome to the Roon community! We’re excited to have you here, but also apologize in that it’s an issue thats prompted your recent post.

If you navigate to your Roon Settings > Roon Arc, do you see a specific diagnostic error code? If so, can you copy it and share it here?

If you haven’t yet, I’d also:

1. Delete and reinstall Arc
2. Reboot both your Nucleus as well as your router

Re-installing the IOS app for ARC seemed to fix the issue. Thanks.
