Describe the issue

ROON ARC will not be able to access your Roon server - Multiple NAT found
ROON is running on a QNAP NAS, using wifi.

I have a Fibre ONT, Nokia Wifi Router and Nokia WiFi Extender.
Router is running in PPOE mode.
I don't have access to the ONT settings.

I tried to put the Nokia into Bridge mode, but all that happened was I lost connectivity and had to do a factory reset to get it back :(
Roon is mostly working well.

The reference to the 100.aaa.bbb.ccc (obfuscated) ip address in reference to the the external ip address of your router suggests that your ISP is using CG-NAT.

That being the case, you can either approach your ISP and ask if they have a non-CG-NAT solution (if they do they will often charge extra) or you can setup Tailscale.

For details of the use of Tailscale, see:

Excellent! Thank you for your prompt reply, Wade. Tailscale sounds very promising. I will check it out over the next few days, and see if I can get things working. Regards, John

Hi @John_Turnbull1,
Thanks for writing in to ask about this. Tailscale is a great option. Please let us know if you need any assistance with setting it up.
