Thank you for reaching out and for sharing that screenshot. It provides a very clear picture of what’s standing in the way of your Roon ARC connection.
Looking at your diagnostics data, the specific error “status”:“Failed”,“error”:“No uPnP Routers found on LAN” means that Roon is trying to open a “door” (port) in your network automatically, but your UniFi gear is currently keeping that door locked.
UniFi networks are highly secure and professional-grade, but they often require a bit of manual setup because uPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is typically disabled by default for security reasons.
To help me give you the most direct path to a fix, could you please let me know what steps you’ve already taken to try and enable access? For example:
uPnP: Have you already tried to enable uPnP within your UniFi Network Application settings?
Port Forwarding: Have you attempted to manually create a Port Forwarding rule for port 55000 (as shown in your screenshot) pointing to your Roon Server IP 192.168.5.141?
ISP: Who is your internet service provider? Sometimes the modem they provide can create a “Double NAT” which blocks ARC even if the UniFi settings are correct.
If you haven’t tried Port Forwarding yet, that is usually the most reliable “set it and forget it” solution for UniFi users.
