2.Roon → Settings → Roon ARC*
This will tell us exactly which connection step is failing.
Enable diagnostics and reproduce the issue, then let us know the exact time you see the error so we can correlate it on our side.
About ARC connectivity (high level)
Just for context, ARC can connect to your Roon Server in a few supported ways:
Port forwarding on your router (manual configuration)
UPnP / NAT-PMP (automatic port mapping, if supported by the router)
Tailscale (VPN-based connection, no port forwarding required)
Once we see the ARC status and diagnostics, we can confirm which path is currently being used and advise what adjustment (if any) is needed on your Orbi RBRE960.
