That message (“Roon ARC war nicht bereit, sicher auf deinen Roon Server zuzugreifen ”) usually points to a connectivity or port-access issue between ARC and your Roon Server.
As a first step, please go through the following three articles — they cover all supported ARC connection methods, including setups with and without manual port forwarding:

Please follow the steps carefully and test ARC again afterward.
If ARC still can’t connect after this:
Open Roon → Settings →Roon ARC
Then send us a diagnostic report from Settings and let us know roughly when you tested
We’ll take a closer look based on the diagnostics.

Hi, everything is fine now. I have forgotten to open the port in the Speedbox which is before the FRITZ!Box.
