Hi @carlos.hbello,

ARC and RoonServer rely on a pre-installed router firmware service called UPnP to automatically configure port forwarding. The diagnostic snippet you’ve shared indicates that UPnP is currently turned off or uninstalled in your router.

One solution is to correct the errors with port forwarding. Since you have two routers, you’ll need to create manual port forwarding rules in both your router settings pages under the “Port Forwarding” tab. These rules should match in both cases, they should be TCP-protocol, and they should point the internal/external port and IP address to the port number and IP address listed in Roon Settings.

The other, simpler solution is to install Tailscale, a free proxy-mesh VPN, on your RoonServer machine. Tailscale is an alternative to port forwarding that works well with ARC.
