Since Cloudflare recently performed some server-side maintenance, we want to quickly rule out a temporary cloud issue before diving into your router settings.
1. Check for “Error 530” Are you seeing a specific “Error 530” message? If so, this was likely due to the maintenance window and might already be resolved.
2. Current Status If it is not Error 530, could you please go to Roon > Settings > Roon ARC and copy and paste the exact text of the error message displayed there right now?
3. Real-World Test Sometimes the “Not Ready” status in Settings can be a false alarm. Have you tried disabling Wi-Fi on your phone (forcing it to 4G/5G) and opening the ARC app to see if it actually connects, or is it definitely failing to load content?
Cloudflare continues to perform scheduled maintenance on a few of its locations as of today:
Depending on your geolocation, this might trigger the 530 or an ancillary error in the port test within Roon.
The port test takes a separate network pathway from the actual server-ARC connection, so you might find that ARC still functions fine on cellular data.
Please try disabling WiFi on the phone and checking the ARC Settings screen to verify your cellular connectivity status.
