Roon ARC v1.81 on iPhone displays partial home screen (ref#RX3CB3)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· None of the above quite fits

· App interface looks or behaves oddly

Tell us what's going on

· Roon ARC v1.81 (425) on iPhone is only displaying part of the home screen (specifically the Recent Activity and Listen Later panel). Nothing else below that (eg: Genres, daily playlists, etc). Server has been restarted, account has been disconnected and reconnected and app has been uninstalled completely and reinstalled, all to no avail.

Tell us about your home network

· Home router is a pfSense appliance. Connectivity to my Roon ROCK is fine and has been working fine up until this particular issue. No changes have been made on the network side so I sincerely do not think this has any bearing on the issue (especially so since the behaviour is the same whether I'm on, or off, the local LAN)

Thanks for your post!

Please try updating your Roon Server at home to build 1680 or above; the latest build includes some feature changes to the home screen that ARC can only receive if the server has been updated. Diagnostics show the ROCK might still be 1671.

Let us know if this helps and we’ll proceed from there.
