Roon Arc was unnable to securely access your Roon Core

I have Roon Core running on standalone NUC with Windows, inside home everything works fine

I have ISP router connected to tp-link AX5400 router and then connected to Roon Core (Server) through tp-link LS1008G splitter (all by cables)

Description of Issue

I got a message when tried to establish Roon ARC setup: “Roon Arc was unable to securely connect acess your Roon Core”.
What can I do to fix problem?

Thanks for reaching out!

This error message is pointing to your network setup having more than one device between your Roon core and the public internet which are both configured to do this “translation” process, Roon won’t be able to configure your network to allow access to your Roon Core.
