Hello Everyone Thank you for your patience while we investigated the “Unexpected Error” and login/connection issues reported today. What Happened: We identified a DNS resolution issue between our servers and our network provider, Cloudflare. This was linked to a routing update on the Cloudflare network, which caused intermittent failures for Roon logins, “Metadata Improver Paused” errors, and synchronization issues with Tidal and Qobuz.
