Roon ARC will not be able to access your Roon Core

I can’t get the port forwarding to work to be able to use ARC away from my home network. I’m using a Orbi Whole Home Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 System with my nucleus connected using an ethernet connection. The following is the diagnosis message I received
{
“connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“173.66.34.211”,“router_external_ip”:null},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“10.0.0.1”,“found_upnp”:true,“error”:“<s:Envelope xmlns:s="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/\” s:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/\“><s:Body><s:Fault>s:ClientUPnPError<UPnPError xmlns="urn:schemas-upnp-org:control-1-0">501ActionFailed</s:Fault></s:Body></s:Envelope>”}
}

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would love to listen to my library at work…

Bruce, it appears you have two routers in your network, one in front of the Orbi. Who is your ISP, and what device are they using for a modem/router/gateway? Most likely you will need to enable port forwarding on both your Orbi router and the ISP device, or configure your Orbi to be in bridge and reconfigure your ISP device.

Thanks Robert I will give it a try…

Thanks Robert…that worked!!!

I’m sorry of the below is wrong, but what would I need to do to enable Arc on my UDMPro Router.

{
“connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkTimeout”,“status_code”:998,“error”:“”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“110.175.171.114”,“router_external_ip”:null},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”}
}
