Roon Arc won't work

Displays poor connection even when on home network and Roon playing without issues.
Just went away and Roon Arc would not work. I am now on my home network with 50 Gb/s and it still displays this message and won’t work.

Go to the ARC app > Settings, and at the bottom of the screen click Reset. It helped in many cases with this. However, you will lose the albums you downloaded in ARC
