Roon blank screen after fresh instalation Surface pro 7 Win10 x64 Intel Iris

Hi,
After installing and launching the ROON application, a white screen appears. It is not possible to select any of the options. Installation was attempted with both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of the application. In both cases it behaves the same. I tried changing the screen resolution but nothing happened.

@Adis_Terzic
I’m typing this on a Surface Pro 7…
I assume everything else (software) is completely up-to-date?

Edition Windows 10 Pro

Are you running Roon Core or Remote on the Surface (not that it should make any difference)? I’m running 64-bit on my Surface (Remote) and on my NUC (Core).
Have you run chkdsk or any of the other Windows ‘repair’ utilities on your Surface?

It looks like - to me - that some driver or other files aren’t correctly installed…

Edition Windows 10 Home

There are no new additions to this version. Everything seems up to date.
After the basic Roon installation, a white screen is displayed.
On another computer with Win10 Pro (Desktop) operating system, a menu with further choices and settings is provided.

The Windows update site does not always have the latest drivers, I recommend going to the Intel site and using that to scan your device for driver updates and then install them.

Problem fixed. After the reinstallation of the operating system and the new Roon installation, there was no more blank screen and options for further installation appeared.
