The Roon Bridge error in the screenshot says just that Roon Bridge cannot check for an update. This is not surprising if the computer has no internet connection.
However, the currently installed Build 1125 of Roon Bridge seems to be the lastest version, anyway:

Therefore, it should not be a problem if it cannot update over the internet. If you need to update it in the future, you can always download and install it manually: Roon - Downloads (scroll down to Roon Bridge).
The whole idea about noise on the internet is a complete myth. However, Roon 2.0 does not work at all without an internet connection. If you insist that your audio computer should not be connected to the internet, you need to go back to Roon 1.8 Legacy. (Note, however, that Roon 1.8 also needs to have an internet connection approx. once per month for a license check). See here for the details:

Probably because it will always check if there is an update. This surprise me. Most software does. If there is no internet, it can’t check, but this shouldn’t be a problem as such.
If you can hear noise, it has nothing to do with the internet as such and you may have a different problem, maybe a grounding issue.
I don’t, and my Roon server is connected to the internet. It makes no difference whether I plug it into the internet port or not.
Certainly if you hear cars starting in your hifi, something isn’t right with the electrical part.
I am just a user and can’t speak for Roon nor do I have any influence, but based on the ongoing discussions I am sure that in the future the reliance of Roon on the internet will only grow. For using Roon without a permanent internet connection, the only solution currently is to revert to version 1.8

Roon will not produce a non internet connected version for future releases. If that isn’t for you then stay on 1.8 or move on.
