Roon can no longer access my music in Melco N1 share folder

After years of trouble free operation, Roon can no longer access music stored on my Melco N1 server. Under Storage, the folder is listed, but reported as empty. The edit this folder link reports that it is unauthorised. Needless to say, the folder and all contents are visible in Finder on the same Mac mini that holds Roon core.

Hey @Mike_Jordan, to receive appropriate help, it would be really helpful if you could complete the template provided below.

You can copy and paste it in your reply.

Please be sure to include details of your core, network, storage location of your media files, and any messages displayed by Roon.

Including these details in your first post helps resolve your issues faster.

Thank you.

Hey @Mike_Jordan,

Ben with the support team here, I wanted to check in on the current status of your issue. Are you still having issues getting your local library to show up within Roon?

If so, @Carl has made an excellent point in that we’ll need a better idea of your full system, including your network setup.

Are you able to refresh your shared settings?

I’ll be on standby for your reply. :+1:
