Roon cannot access tidal

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
MacBook pro version 10.14.6.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Xinity dual band wifi 802.11ac.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Mytek Manhattan II.

Description Of Issue
Every time I attempt to access Tidal with Roon core a message states Roon cannot login to Tidal. Roon has the correct ID/PW. When I shut the computer down and restart, Roon can access Tidal and I can not play music.

Please help.

Have you updated Roon Core and client to latest - you haven’t provided that info above.

Can you confirm that your Core and remotes are on the latest version of Roon?

To clarify — You’re able to see TIDAL content after a reboot but you aren’t able to play? Are you seeing error messages? If so, what are the errors?
